Pastor Raymond & Michelle have been privileged to be in full time ministry for 13 years. They have served as Kid Pastors, Student Pastors, & Lead Pastors…reaching every facet of the family. Today they serve as Family Life Pastors here at Faith. Their hearts desire is to see every member of the family enter into a thriving relationship with Jesus Christ. Roger Nelmes | Campus/Student Pastor

Pastor Roger & Chrissy met at Zion Bible Institute and married in 1994. They have been youth pastors for 17 years, 4 of those years here at Faith. Pastor Roger is also leading our Cypress Campus that meets at Warner Elementary. They also have three amazing sons who love God and ministry. John Link | Pastoral Care & Counseling

Pastor John and Penny Link have been married for fifty years; have three grown married sons and eight amazing grandchildren. Ordained for twenty-eight years, Pastor John has served our people through the role of Pastoral Care for the past six years. Members of the American Board of Biblical Accountability and American Association of Christian Counselors they are Board Certified Biblical Counselors. Working with people is their life’s passion, whether it’s visiting them in the hospital, at home or counseling with them—this is driving force behind what they do.

David and Lindsey Calderon have been married for two years. David grew up a pastor's kid in a Spanish church in Southwest Houston, while Lindsey grew up right here at Faith. Both fell in love with music at a young age and have been involved in praise and worship ever since. Their desire is to lead people into a dynamic and passionate worship. Together they have their newest addition to the family, their princess, Mikaela Hope.

Leah Carreon has been bringing “cool” to Faith Assembly Church for a little over three years through the Creative Arts Department. Her love for people, and passion for God started at a young age, and is the driving force behind everything she does. Leah probably had a hand in anything you see, touch, or click…and loves providing ways for you to stay connected with us. Dan Mercer | Community Life

Dan and Chandra enjoy long walks on the beach and skipping rocks in the ocean…okay not really. They have been doing evangelical ministry together for 5 years and have a heart for putting action to faith through involvement in the community. Today they serve as Community Life Pastors here at Faith. Together they have 3 beautiful daughters. It is their desire to go beyond the church walls to the community surrounding and share God’s love.
